Our mission is to increase the probably of students in STEM fields, by giving them Algebra 1 before they leave the 8th grade. Research clearly indicates that Algebra 1 by the 8th grade has a clear correlation to more STEM professionals.

Our Founder | Charity Granby-Allsop
a Math Teacher, with 15+ years of experience with ALL populations of students. She has a Masters in Math Education and a Masters of Education in Organizational Leadership.
She saw the need and clear disparities in Math. Her passion for students' success created a deep frustration...that she turned into ACTION! Without action there is no hope which means no future. She was able to mobilize this program with the support of not only Math teachers but all manner of successful Black professionals. Now the Solution is well within reach!

Our Math Teachers are math teachers and math college students who all have gone through an Algebra 1 training program written by Charity Granby-Allsop. This Math program specifically focusing on how to teach students Algebra 1 who are not in this class at their school. Our teachers receive on going support and in person coaching sessions twice a month.
